If you used the Appointment Booking Tool on LiveHealth Online between October 2024 and August 2025, you may be entitled to a payment from a class action settlement. Eligible class members can submit a claim to receive a pro rata share of the settlement fund, estimated at approximately $51.14 to $102.29.
