ClaimWell Terms of Use

Last updated October 13, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and GPT Genius Lab, LLC ("ClaimWell", "we", "us") about your use of ClaimWell: the iPhone app and the website at claimwell.app (together, the "service"). By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. What ClaimWell does

ClaimWell helps you find class action settlements you may qualify for. It compares what you tell us (companies you've used, states you've lived in, vehicles, documents you send) with what each settlement publishes, and shows you possible matches, deadlines, the proof each one asks for, its published payout range and a link to its official claim form. Our public pages describe open settlements for anyone to read.

2. ClaimWell is not a law firm

3. Matches and settlement information are not guarantees

A "match" means the information you gave us appears to fit a settlement's published description. Only the settlement administrator decides whether a claim is valid and how much it pays. Payout amounts are the ranges each settlement publishes, not a prediction of what you will receive.

We take settlement information from each settlement's official sources, summarize it in plain English and show when we last checked it. Settlements change: deadlines move, amounts change and mistakes happen. Always check the official settlement website before you file. Where ClaimWell and the official website differ, the official website is right.

4. What you agree to do

5. Your account

On iPhone, the app creates an account for you when you start, and you can link it to Sign in with Apple. On the website, you sign in with Apple or Google. Signing in with the same Apple account on both gives you one account. You're responsible for what happens on your devices and account. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page, in the app or on the website.

6. What is free, and what Premium adds

Finding your matches, settlement details, deadline reminders, the claim tracker and reading your first document are free. Premium adds reading the documents you send, and following every company you use for new settlements (free accounts follow two). Features may change over time.

7. Paying for Premium

8. Ours and yours

The service, its design and its content (including our summaries of settlements) belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and Apple's Media Services Terms, and to use the website for your own, non-commercial purposes. Settlement documents and official websites belong to their owners. Company names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the companies a settlement names. You keep ownership of what you give us, and you let us use it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Availability

We work to keep ClaimWell running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend or end features.

10. Limits of our liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for missed deadlines, denied claims or settlement payments you did not receive. Our total liability for anything relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you paid nothing. Some states don't allow some of these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Ending it

You can stop using ClaimWell and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service. Sections 2, 3, 8, 10, 12 and 14 continue to apply after that.

12. Apple's part in this

This section applies to the iPhone app. These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

13. If these terms change

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the service or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.

14. Law, and getting in touch

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute about them or the service will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it in your local courts.
