Data breach settlements
When a company loses customer, patient or employee data, a class action usually follows, and the settlement pays the people whose information was exposed.
Most data breach settlements offer a small cash payment you can claim without receipts, more if you can document losses or lost time, and free credit monitoring. Many send a notice with a Claim ID, so check your mail and email for one.
