This settlement resolves claims that Aptive Environmental, LLC failed to pay certain employees for all time worked and at the correct overtime rate. If you worked as a Customer Account Manager, Technician, or Customer Loyalty Specialist for Aptive during the specified periods, you may be eligible for a payment. The payment amount will be based on the number of weeks you worked during the Collective Period and will account for bonuses/commissions paid.

- Between December 1, 2019 and December 26, 2025.
