This settlement is for individuals who were employed by ABM Industry Groups, LLC or one of its predecessor entities as a non-exempt building services employee in New York State and paid less than a certain threshold between February 20, 2014 and June 28, 2024. If you qualify, you may be eligible to receive a payment from the settlement fund by submitting a claim form.
