You are included in this settlement if you directly purchased certain beef products from Tyson or its affiliates between January 1, 2015, and February 29, 2020. Eligible class members can receive a payment from the settlement fund by submitting a claim form.

- Products: Beef product made from chuck, loin, rib, or round.
