NYC DCWP Fair Workweek Settlement with Starbucks

This settlement is for hourly Starbucks workers in New York City who worked between July 2021 and July 2024 and were affected by violations of the Fair Workweek Law. Eligible workers will receive $50 for each week worked during the specified period, with payments expected to be sent via check this winter.
