If you are an author who entered a publishing agreement with Cengage Learning, Inc. and your royalty-bearing work was sold as part of MindTap or available on Cengage Unlimited, you may be eligible for a payment. Eligible class members will receive an automatic payment from a settlement fund of $20,990,000, plus interest.
