If you were listed on the rental forms at Branford Manor between November 23, 2019, and November 22, 2022, you may be eligible for a payment from this settlement. Class members can receive base payments ranging from $1,000 to $6,000, and may also be eligible for enhanced payments for serious illness, injuries, or property damage.
