American Renal Management (Innovative Renal Care) agreed to a $900,000 settlement over a February 2024 data breach affecting employees, former employees and patients. You can claim up to $5,000 for documented losses and/or a cash payment estimated at $100 that can go up or down depending on the number of valid claims, plus two years of credit monitoring, by December 21, 2026.
